Abstracts
sent by fax or email will not be accepted.
Abstracts must be in English.
The deadline for abstract submission is 25th May 2025, 23:59 (SGT).
Abstracts submitted after this time will not be accepted.
Each subtract should be no more than 300 words and should be clearly
structured into
Background & Objectives,
Materials & Methods,
Results & Discussion,
Conclusions and
Practical Significance.
During your submission, you will have the opportunity to choose your
preference, if any, for an oral or poster presentation.
Travel grant or registration fee waiver may be considered for oral
presenter(s) if his/her abstract is outstanding.
Poster should be A1 sized and laid out in the portrait style.
Poster presenters must register and display their poster in the
allocated
space at the allocated spot.
Upon reaching the conference venue, the poster presenters may seek
out
the registration desk to know the allocated space for setting up
their
poster. The registration desk will also provide adhesive for
attaching the
poster.
During the designated time for posters, the poster presenters should
be
available to orally present their posters and answer the delegates’
questions.
Each oral presentations will be 12 min long, followed by 3 min for
Q&A.
Slides should be prepared in widescreen (16:9) format.
Each room will be equipped with a PC/laptop, screen and a data
projector.
The presenters should check the programme schedule for their
presentation time-slot.
